Creative’s Ridiculously Light, Smart-Looking Zen: Serious iPod Challenger (with Video)

Excuse us if we’re a little aggravated by Amazon. Here we are with a sneak preview of the latest Creative media player, the ridiculously light, smart-looking Zen, which boasts up to 16GB of flash memory. Our photo unit doesn’t have the final firmware, so its capabilities are somewhat limited, but we were more than willing to post a hands-on review at 8 pm Eastern, the minute the embargo officially lifts.

And then Amazon does what it seems to love doing these days, and shamelessly posts a “Coming Soon” listing for the Zen. Amazon, we’re officially putting you on notice: This is a dirty way to do business.
