AcidMods.com who are know for taking your favorite console’s controller and making it better than before had done really cool and useful mod for the Wii which they have incorporated a clickable trackball (like the newer blackberry devices and the T-Mobile G1) into the Wii Remote. It actually makes it easier to navigate through game menus as the video shows below

 

 

This mod is said to work on other console controller such as the Xbox 360 and the PS3 and also portable gaming consoles like the Nintendo DS. They have detailed directions on how they did it here and will be selling the trackball from there store soon.
