The LG G2 comes with a solid 13 megapixel camera with OIS which will let you take some amazing photos. The G2 comes with some solid camera software that gives you a great amount options to take some cool photos. Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of it.
- Set Camera to 13 megapixel: The LG G2 will come set at a 10 megapixel widescreen by default. The widescreen shot is great for getting as much as you an in one shot especially what’s on the left and right side but if you want the full 13 Megapixel image you will want to change the settings here to get it. It makes the viewfinder smaller but you’ll get a higher resolution shot and be able to capture more top and bottom in a picture.
- Dual Camera Mode, shoot and record with both cameras: The LG G2 lets you use both the front and rear facing camera at the same time for pictures and video. There are a ton of visual options for them and worth playing around with.
- OIS aka Optical Image Stabilization Is On By Default: No need to search for it or turn it on the LG G2’s camera already has OIS turned on and will work for each photo and video you take
- Voice Commands: Using the voice commands is a great way to focus on keeping the camera steady while taking a shot. Works for both camera mode and video recording mode
