The Anticipated sequel to the V10 the LG V20 Is Coming This September
LG just sent us an official press invite for the LG V20 reveal scheduled for September 9th in San Fransico. What we know so far is that the LG V20 will be the first Android 7.0 Nougat smartphone. Last year LG V10 was a standout for its multimedia creation capabilities and overall power.
The rumored specs for the LG V20 suggest we will get a 5.5-inch 1080p display which is down from the 5.7-inch QHD display from last year, Snapdragon 820 processor, 3GB & 4GB ram options with 32 GB and 64 GB base storage respectively. 20 Megapixel camera in the rear and a 8 Megapixel camera in the front, 4000 mAH battery, USB Type-C port and all metal build round up the leaks
LG can’t bring the screen size and resolution down and still push the V20 as a premium high-end smartphone. No mention of dual cameras or secondary ticker display from last years V10. I imagine there will be some dual camera tech going on somewhere in the new V20 to match the G5. Think we can do without the display ticker which wasn’t utilized as much as it should have been. I think decreasing the footprint of the phone or increase the screen size would be better.
What do you think the LG V20 will have? What do you hope LG adds to the V20? Let’s discuss in the comments section below. We will know all by 9/6, and we will have coverage of all the details when revealed.
