If you run the PC Health Check for Windows 11 you might have ran into the issue of where it fails but your system is more than capable of running Windows 11. The problem is usually not having TPM 2.0 turn on and Secure Boot which are requirements for Windows 11. You’ll need to turn this on in UEFI BIOS and then run the check again to pass.
